This policy covers the Zilbaz mobile app and the zilbaz.com website. Developer and data controller: Arif Büyükışler (contact: [email protected]).

What data we collect

Account information: your name and email address when you sign in with Google. Used to create your account and restore your purchases across devices.
Purchase information: subscriptions and pack purchases are processed by Google Play; your payment card details never reach us. Your entitlement status (which packs you own) is stored with your account.
Usage and crash data: which app features are used, and crash reports, collected in anonymized form to improve the app.

We do not collect location, contacts, microphone recordings, or photos. The app contains no ads; your data is never shared for advertising purposes and is never sold.

Service providers

Data above is processed through the following infrastructure providers: Google Play Billing (payments), RevenueCat (purchase entitlements), Supabase (account and content hosting), Google Firebase (analytics and crash reporting). These providers process data solely to provide services to us.

Account and data deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected] from your registered address; requests are fulfilled within 30 days. You can also use "Delete account" in the app's Account section.

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable law you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data. Contact [email protected] to exercise these rights.

Children

Zilbaz is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.

When this policy is updated, the new version will be published on this page with its revision date.
